Developed by Nan Jing Science &
Engineering University the new type pressure self-balance gate valve is widely used in
pressure pipeline of petroleum, chemistry, oil field, metallurgy and thermal industry. And
it is superior in high and mid pressure pipeline. In construction design this version
has entirely removed the effect loaded on the valve by media pressure in pipeline. And the
media pressure of the disc keeps self-balanced.
Main Characteristics:
- It can close or open lightly without extra torque for the operating torque of this kind
of products is only 1/10 of traditional gate valve's. It can help the products form being
clogged or damaged. Also the connection ware and sealing gasket of flange in valve body
can't be out of plastic shape. It can extend the living of flange's sealing, save lots of
valve actuator and lower valve cost, as well as reducing internal leakage.
- To the same style, different normal pressure valve, the spare's dimension of hand wheel,
valve disc and packing ring, etc. can exchange. So it can not only save material but also
help this product to produce series.
- At present China manufacturers can only produce high-pressure gate valve with
DN<=100mm. So this products can meet the requirements of high-pressure gate valve with
more bigger bore size for industry especially in thermal power station, oil field, etc.
