Cast iron or carbon steel soft seal resilient gate valve has almost replaced another environment protection products- stainless steel valves. Specialized in developed country it has hardly covered all the markets in project system concerned civil water treatment system taking the place of hard seal gate valve. At present there is only valves with Din<400mm even through in Japan, the most developed country in Asia and there is only this kind of valve with Din<1000mm even through in America, the most developed country in the world. But Chengdu Valve Plant is able to produce Soft Seal Resilient Gate Valve with Din 80mm~1500mm. So this product is welcomed in overseas clients.
Product Characteristics:
It is smooth and evasive under the passage of valve body like a pipeline. So it has these strong points as following: large git area like gate valve; smaller flow resistance characteristic; the bottom of valve body will never be soiled

Gate valve sealing wares are covered by rubber to isolate metal and medium in order to the inner wares of valve not be rusty when the medium through the valve

Working Principles |

| Hand-wheel actuator or electric actuator drives stem of the valve goes upwards or downwards, thus the disc is driven to move linearly and perpendicularly to the flow to open and close the valve. The valve can be closed by clockwise turning the hand-wheel(chain-wheel) and opened by anti-clock wise turning them. | ||||||

Face-to-face dimension and flanged connection dimension of valve may be designed and manufactured in accordance with other standards. Electric actuator may fit any big manufacture's products of native and foreign by the purchaser's requirement. This product with smaller open force is suitable for any corrosive or non-corrosive medium and it has excellent anti-corrosive and anti-sewage function like stainless gate valve and has lower price as common gate valve. |

Electro Magnetic Check Butterfly Valve
1.Principals of operation
A gate valve and a check valve are often fixed at the outlet of the high-lift pump with a large quantity flow. The function of the gate valve is to protect the normal open and closing operation available under a light-load situation and the check valve is fitted to prevent the medium flowing backward in the pipeline on emergency occasion. However, the traditional check valve has a dreadful defect, namely the pressure on the water cam is to high. Recently many researches and changes have taken place on such traditional valve and here is a tend that the large diameter check valve is coming to check butterfly valve in the world valve market which can provide not only the functions of both gate valve and check valve but also solutions available to the above said defects of high water cam pressure.
The Electro magnetic check butterfly valve can be opened and closed by the performance of the due program in the computer. Under urgent occasion of cutpower the valve will be promptly cut and slowly closed step by step on the terms of reset time and torque in advance.
In operation the electric actuator shall open the valve and at the same time move the cam connected with stem from 0 position to 90 degree together with the pressure bleeding cylinder. Just at this moment of 90 degree position Electro magnetic clutch is available with electricity and lock the valve and the cam at full open position automatically. When the power supply is cut or the pump stops emergently for some reason the clutch will loss electricity and then the cam will immediately return back its original position due to the potential energy, and the pressure resistance cylinder will control the discharges of the hydraulic oil and the closing speed and time as well in several stages. In general at the first 80 degree the closing speed is available high in order to preclude the pump moves backward and the last 10 degree the closing at lower speed in order to reduce the water cam pressure and protect the pipeline.

Electro magnetic lock device;

3. Features
It is effect to lighten the pressure of the system up and down and minimize the damages caused by water cam pressure.
If the power supply is cut emergently the pump can be prevent from moving backforward in order to preserve the pump and the system safe operation available at any time.
The valve can supply two functions of the gate valve and check valve taking place of them.
Applicability of Electro magnetic brake shall solve the leakage of hydraulic system relating to the hydraulic check butterfly valve and downfallen of the can, and the other dangerous factors.
Easy to remote control and auto-control.
Operation becomes simple because of combination control of both pump and valve.
