Background:
Recently
more and more North American oil equipment manufactures and suppliers come to
China to purchase wellhead valves, casing head, tubing head and many other
equipment or accessories. Yes, Chinese products¡¯ price is very attractive, but
it comes with the risk of received quality. Most likely they will receive a
good sample product, but many problems are coming later.

We
are specialized for inspection of casing head, tubing head, mud valves,
expanded gate valves, slab gate valves, ball valves etc.
Story 1:
One
Canadian company bought 100 pieces 9¡± 3000 casing head from one Jiangsu factory
in 2005. The buyer sent an engineer to the site for final inspection. The buyer
was told that every single piece was tested completely even every dimensions
were measured very carefully by a very good worker. Finally after our test, 20%
of the products are not right for dimensions, hardness, surface quality.

A
China mud valve manufacturer whose samples passed the test of Vetco Grey. During the batch production, we found
many problems of production management. We have to retest all the hardness,
thread, stem packing, performance etc.
